We invite you to see why our residents love living at Luther Acres! The community will be open to tour on Saturday, October 21, during Lancaster’s countywide “Explore Retirement Living” Open House. Attendees can see a variety of independent living cottages and apartments, explore the fantastic amenities and services available, and chat with residents along the way. The drop-in event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
New this year, visitors will get a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into fully transforming a cottage for a new resident. Attendees can tour a 1,430-square-foot, one-story cottage that is undergoing full renovations, learn more about the transformation process, and review floor plans and options to customize the cottages and apartments. The cottage features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, a sunroom, and an attached garage. Custom flooring samples, paint swatches and cabinetry selections will be on display.
For anyone who is curious about what life is like at Luther Acres, the day is a great opportunity to learn about our many senior living options and our network of services. Visitors will also get a taste of Lititz as they sample chef-prepared refreshments made with ingredients from local businesses and vendors!
Attendees do not need to pre-register. On the day of the event, follow signs for parking and registration at either the Towne Center or the Muhlenberg Apartment Building. When you register, you will receive a packet of information and a map to tour at your own pace. Shuttle service will be available.
