A one-time, $1,500 non-refundable assessment/ move-in fee is due at time of move-in (the assessment fee for a couple is $2,000) along with a $3,000 deposit.
Memory Support Personal Care Rates Effective January 1, 2024
Services Included in Daily Fee
- Room and board, including utilities except phone and cable
- Three (3) nutritious meals daily, served in the dining room, including special dietary needs and snacks
- Weekly housekeeping services/daily trash removal
- Personal laundry service, exclusive of dry cleaning
- Chaplaincy services
- Memory Care specific to recreational, cultural, religious and social activities
- Emergency Response System, voice communication in each room
- Coordination of ancillary service appointments and medical transportation services
- Oxygen monitoring/Nebulizer treatments
- Diabetic management (Glucose checks/Insulin)
- Health monitoring, support plans and continuing assessments
- Daily reminders of meals, activities and special events
- Medication monitoring/management
- Physician ordered medical treatments (i.e., eye drops, soaks, dressings, ointment applications)
- Minimal/limited/extensive assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene
- Assistance with incontinence care
- CPR and First-Aid Certified Staff on duty 24 hours a day

Bed Hold – Daily rate is based on the level of care when the resident left the center. According to our Bed Hold Standard, when a resident is hospitalized or on therapeutic leave of absence, the accommodation will be held at the daily rate, unless otherwise indicated by the resident or responsible party.
