Spang Crest, a Luthercare community, 945 Duke St., Lebanon, invites the public to learn more about advance care planning for circumstances you may face as you age and how to have conversations that will help you express personal choice if or when you or a loved one is faced with critical life-saving decisions.
The community will host a free seminar, “The Gift of Conversation,” presented by the Age Wave Initiative of Lebanon County, on Thursday, March 19, from 8:00-10:30 a.m.
Too often we don’t talk about end-of-life issues until a crisis happens, when people are filled with emotion and decisions need to be made quickly. The Age Wave Initiative’s Advance Care Planning Coalition will present on Advance Care Planning, how to have your own conversations and how to become better informed about making medical decisions. The Age Wave Initiative is part of the Community Health Council of Lebanon County.
